The Town of Chelsea accepts recyclables and garbage for a nominal fee at the Chelsea Town Hall. All garbage must be in a Town of Chelsea imprinted bag. A recycling attendant is on duty during open hours.

Failure to follow rules could result in fines: $10 up to $200
Please put only recyclables in the short dumpsters. Garbage must be in the Town of Chelsea bags and goes only in the tall dumpster.
Please sort your recycling into two categories.
Containers: Glass, tin, aluminum, plastic
